We made our lazy horses work the other day. I got out the camera to take pictures of other people on horses (I don’t ride much). Snow, Montana and horses, need I saw more? This is my husband, Scott. Doesn’t he look like a real Montana Cowboy? The horse’s name is Bugs. He’s pretty big and muscular, but we are told as a baby he was a runt who wasn’t expected to live. He got his name because when he was a colt the flies would “bug” him so much he would run around the field acting goofy. Nothing much makes him run anymore except my husband or the promise of food. But he is a big sweetheart!

Beautiful! I love the story of how Bugs got his name.
What a great picture of Scott! Where are photos of your other cowboys (and girl?)
If I showed this to my husband, we’d be moving to Montana tomorrow. That looks like unspeakable fun.
Beautiful photo, and the story about Bugs beating the odds is great! What a cute name for a big horse. : )
